<p> I swear. The answer really is right in front of us all.  I swear, when I first stumbled across this miracle food plan, I thought this was the dumbest  way to lose weight. Why?   </p>

<p> Because it is so simple to follow and effective, and it had been sitting right under my nose all my life.  Think about this for a moment.  Do you know why you cannot see your own face without a mirror?   </p>

<p> Never skip breakfast!  Most people claim they do not have time to eat breakfast.  But this is a HUGE mistake.  Why?  Because your body has gone for at least 11 hours without food since your last meal (dinner the night before), your blood sugar will be low upon awakening.  </p>
<p> Breakfast Is The Gas You Need To Fill Your Tank  </p>
<p> Also, breakfast is the fuel you need for your brain to function clearly.  By 10:00 a.m., if you have not eaten breakfast, you will definitely fall into a pre-lunch slump and reach for donuts and high sugary substances, which will give you a quick pick me up, but will also make you crash 20 minutes later and start the eating cycle again.   </p>
<p> Complex Carbohydrates Keep You Full </p>
<p> Not a breakfast person?  There are so many combinations of fruit and protein you can have for breakfast that will make you full and keep your blood sugar stable.   </p>
<p> Combine Protein and Fruit &#8211; Peanut Butter and Apples </p>
<p> You can take individually wrapped string cheese and an apple with you to work so that when you do get hungry, you will be eating high complex carbohydrates and protein.   </p>
<p> Another breakfast meal you can take with you to work is the individual 2 oz cups of peanut butter made by Jiffy and a banana!  </p>

<p> So we know what we should do, but sometimes we feel a little overwhelmed and therefore we don&#8217;t even get started. </p>
<p> The best way to get started on any weight-loss program is to take little steps, one day at a time. Here are small steps you can start to take that will make a big difference in your weight-loss! </p>
<p> 1. Resolve to work out for 20 minutes a day even if it is just walking around your neighborhood. Walk your dog, walk your neighbor&#8217;s dog. Call a friend and catch up while you work out. </p>
<p> 2. Eat Organic fruits and vegetables.  <br /> Conventional fruits and vegetables are full of chemicals that harm your body. Organic food is grown without the use of pesticides and artificial fertilizers. The sooner you stop polluting your body, the sooner you will start to lose weight. Make it your goal to eat at least one organic fruit and one organic vegetable per day.  </p>
<p> 3. Clean your colon. Colonics and enemas are a fast and easy way to lose weight. A colonic is the infusion of water into the rectum by a colon therapist in order to cleanse and flush out the colon. You may have up to 20 pounds of undigested fecal matter inside you. Imagine getting rid of this. You could be 20 pounds lighter in two weeks! </p>
<p> 4. Practice yoga. There are so many benefits to this type of exercise. Yoga helps eliminate toxins, relieves stress and burns fat. It is low impact and is extremely flexible! You can practice with a teacher in a class or in the comfort of your home with a yoga DVD. </p>
<p> 5. Eat fiber rich foods and take fiber supplements. <br /> Fiber keeps your meal moving along your gastrointestinal tract and helps flush your body of metabolic waste. Fiber also keeps your energy levels high, and slows your rate of carbohydrate digestion, which helps you maintain your blood sugar levels. </p>
<p> 6. Drink Green Tea: EGCG, an antioxidant contained in green tea, benefits weight loss by helping the body burn fat. Antioxidants such as vitamins A, C, E, and the polyphenols found in green tea also help your body reduce the time that toxins stay in your system. </p>
<p> 7. Eat only organic meat. <br /> When you eat a burger the growth hormones that were given to the cow are then passed on to you thus making you grow and gain weight! Organic meat is produced without giving the animal antibiotics or growth hormones. Only buy certified organic meat and only eat free-range chicken. Your body will thank you. </p>
