Height Weight Chart – How To Lose Weight
If our excess weight is not excessive, it is very likely due to some bad habits, whether food or little physical activity. If so, it is very easy to correct these attitudes with a bit of will.
To lose weight is not always necessary to resort to drastic diets, and much less not supervised by a dietician, nor do we have to leave us their necks in the gym, since an excess of either exercise will be beneficial to our health. Just to think a little about what we do every day on our diet, or how we move through the city, can give us the key to losing those extra pounds more.
With regard to food should be avoided whenever possible excesses with pastries and sweets and replace them with pieces of fruit or vegetables, just as tasty, and with fewer calories. You should also avoid excessive alcohol (those shots, or those after dinner drinks do us no good). If we are thinking seriously about lowering weight, it is good to consider the idea of drinking water with meals, and leave for a while the wine, beer or sugary drinks.
Nor is it good for our lines of ‘snack between meals’, sometimes it is precisely those bags of crisps or pistachio those who end the year we have a couple of kilos. As for exercise, if you do not have time to go to a gym to do some type of aerobic exercise or spend an hour a day practicing jogging or jooging, we can divide the effort into small daily tasks: walk up the stairs instead of the elevator, go buy the daily walk to avoid the car for journeys of less than 20 minutes walk, etc …
If we get used to eating healthy and do not avoid the little physical effort, we can maintain a healthy life, without those extra kilos.
Needless to say, it’s best to lose weight is to go to a professional: a doctor, dietician, etc … But there is more to do our part.
