		<description>i do cardio..but also weight training....i burn about 300 calories a day with my cardio..and i do weight training with dumbells (7kg) i do 21&#039;s,bicep curls,flies,triceps kickbacks..etc etc.... also i corrected my diet a little :D is this good for a 15 years old?</description>
