@bloobear007 i do not work the shoulders and the back…and my doctor said that only those exercises stop you from growing..and idk man….im already tall and all that stuff..i just wanna lose weight faster…that’s why i lift wheights too…to increase my metabolism
@adrytzu1995 its not good to lift at th age of only fiffteen. My friend is a perfect example of that. He did it and he stunted his muscle growth. just saying take the advice or leave it…
@shadowvowed187 lypo suction if you wanna loose that in 10 days. I too am trying to slim down my stomach before high school, mine stars in late august, and I’m not sure if I’ll be done by then. Best advice is just keep doing what you’re doing, and you will loose the weight over time. It’s much safer, and healthier to not loose it too quickly.

Im 14 tears old, I have a acces flab of fat hanging over my Torso! I have been exerciseing and getting good rest and diet so far Ive lost 60 pounds. Right now I weigh 155 pounds. I start high school in 10 days, what would any one recommend

for dinner i usually pasta breakfast is toast lunch maybe a sandwich.

@adrytzu1995 depends what your trying to do? thats a good sports diet, i.e. agility, numbleness and stamnia, for sports ect.
i do cardio..but also weight training….i burn about 300 calories a day with my cardio..and i do weight training with dumbells (7kg) i do 21′s,bicep curls,flies,triceps kickbacks..etc etc…. also i corrected my diet a little
is this good for a 15 years old?
