Just join a club and train there, easiest way. Fuck diets. All you have to do is not eat junk food 24/7. Go out once in a while. And the best thing is, Jog! Go out for a run once in a while, it will help lol.
uhh… sit ups create a layer of muscle under your fat, which causes your stomach to look bigger.. cardios the way to go.

cant lose belly fat as fat cannot be reduced in one spot alone… You need to loose total body fat in order to get belly fat off..

only cardio will get rid of belly fat. When the abs start to come through, then any ab exercise is good enough to start getting them ripped. Bicycles are a tough workout for the abs.
